Party Packages FAQ

  • We can accommodate up to 25 children (including the birthday child).

  • In addition to the child guests, each package includes 27 adults; however, our space can accommodate up to 40 adults.  If you are interested in having more adults than the 27 included in your package, there is a surcharge for each additional adult.

  • We require a $200 non-refundable deposit and signed contract to reserve the day and time.  You are not on our party calendar until we receive both a deposit and a signed contract.

  • Gratuity is not included for your party crew nor can it be added to your invoice.  If you’d like to tip your party crew, we kindly ask that you tip in cash the day of the event.  (Don’t be mad at us, take it up with our accountant.)

  • Yes, you are able to provide your own food and/or dessert.  We just do not permit anything with an open flame (i.e. sterno), anything with black icing, smash cakes or anything ice cream based.

    If you provide your own food, we ask that you provide the paper goods, serving utensils, etc for those items.

  • Our 90 minute parties typically have about 1 hour of playtime, while our 2 hour parties have about 1.5 hours of playtime.  For all parties, the play area gets locked for cleaning and sanitization during the last 15 minutes of the party.

  • We do permit outside vendors.  They are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance as well as complete a waiver at least 2 weeks prior to your event.

    They will have 30 minutes prior to the event to set up any additional items and will have to have all items removed from our facility within 30 minutes of your event end time.

  • We will ask for your final headcount 10 days prior to the event.  Because we staff our events and order supplies based on the headcounts provided we do not allow any modifications to your headcount.  That being said, if you are paying for additional children and they do not show the day of the event, you are still responsible for paying for those guests.

  • If you pay in cash, there is a 4% cash discount that can be applied to your bill.

  • You are more than welcome to provide your own supplies.  You will have 30 minutes prior to your event to set up anything additional and we ask that all items are removed with you 30 minutes post event.

    Please note, if you provide your own supplies there is no price adjustment to a party package.

  • Unfortunately we do not permit package substitutions.  If you’d like to add something additional to your party, feel free to check out the list of party enhancements we have available.

  • 90 minute parties can be extended by 30 minutes for an additional fee.  We do not permit any parties beyond 2 hours.

  • Our parties are primarily unstructured, free play for the children.  The only organized activity that is included in each package is parachute and bubble fun.  If you’d like to enhance your party with an organized activity, please check out our Learning Lab enhancements.

  • No, alcoholic beverages are not permitted in La La Land.
